Congress Minister charged in murder case

In a major embarrassment to the UPA Government at the Centre, Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Industries, Mahavir Prasad has been booked for alleged conspiracy in a murder case. The Uttar Pradesh Police has registered the case against him and two others in Gorakhpur. The case was registered on the directions of the Allahabad High Court under section 120 B IPC (conspiracy) in Gagha Police station last night.
