Cop thrashes disabled man at Howrah station

A railway police officer was caught on camera assaulting a physically handicapped person on the platform of Howrah Railway station on Thursday. A video shot by a bystander shows the policeman kicking and pulling the man's hair in front of a large crowd, amongst whom were more policemen on duty. The cop was seen arguing with the bystanders when confronted. The victim, who came from Delhi, said he did not do or say anything to provoke the cop. A CCTV footage shows bystanders taking him to the closest facility.
