Could have performed better in UP: Congress

Reacting to its loss in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the Congress said that the party has gained relevance in the politically crucial state and will play a major role in forming the government there. Senior Congress leader, Rajiv Shukla, said that the party has performed better but still was not upto the expectations. Showing discontentment over the results, MoS of IT and Communications, Sachin Pilot, said the Congress could have performed better in Uttar Pradesh.
