Delhi gangrape: lawyer of accused pleads for impartial trial

Lawyer of one of the accused in the infamous Delhi gangrape, Manohar Lal Sharma, has sought an impartial trial for his client, Mukesh Singh, as he fears that the police might kill him in a fake encounter. Sharma has apprehensions, as to whether there could be an impartial trial in the case, if the judge presiding over the case is from Delhi.
