Dense fog enveloped New Delhi early on Monday morning resulted in poor visibility and disrupting normal life. Apart from making life difficult for daily commuters, the foggy conditions have delayed more than 20 flights. Passengers bore complaints that they were not furnished with latest information about the departure and arrival of flights.
