Economic panel lowers India's GDP for 2012-13 to 6.7%

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's Economic Advisory Council on Friday forecast that India's economy will grow at 6.7% in the current fiscal year, less than an earlier estimate of 7.5-8.0%. Pmeac chairman, C Rangarajan announced the forecast, while addressing mediapersons in New Delhi.
