Family members happy after Maoists release abducted cops

The family members of Rupesh Kumar Sinha, one of the released cops who were abducted by Maoists, expressed their happiness after his safe discharge. The ultras released three security personnel -- Abhay Prasad Yadav, Rupesh Kumar Sinha and Ehshan Khan – at Chanan forest of the district in the wee hours of Monday. The extremists had taken into custody four policemen on August 29 in Lakhisarai district of the state after an encounter. The Maoists demanded the release of eight of their cadres in exchange for the security officials.
