Floods play havoc in Haryana; locals allege govt apathy

Sirsa, September 20 (ANI): Incessant rains leading to flash floods have severely damaged crops in Haryana, causing farmers to incur huge losses and crippling normal life. There has been considerable loss of property in Sirsa district as many houses, roads and schools have been submerged while standing crops have been washed away. Many affected families lamented that the local administration has not yet come to their aid.
