Born in Ramdohar village of Gaya district in Bihar six years ago, Chotu throws the usual tantrums like demanding toffees and other sweets to recite an arithmetic table. However, when obliged, he is not able to eat them by himself since he is born without hands and legs except for a single finger on his body. Chotu is just a head and torso with no hands and legs to support.
