Gorkhaland leaders meet Mamata Banerjee

Senior leaders of the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM), who met the West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee in Kolkata have said that their meeting with her ended on a note of positive hopes. Speaking to the mediapersons, GJM chief Bimal Gurung said that they had been able to avail an assurance from the chief minister that their grievances would be addressed in right earnest. Further he said that the GJM would go with the West Bengal government's decision as far as electing the country's next president was concerned.
