Hafiz threatens to retaliate if India continues "unprovoked firing"

Reacting to the sustained cross-border fire between Indian and Pakistani troops on Sunday, following the death of Indian soldier by Pakistani troops, Hafiz Saeed, leader of banned charity Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD), and founder of militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), addressing an anti-U.S rally, warned India of dire consequences of what he called the "unprovoked firing."Jamaat-ud-Dawa is believed to be a front for the militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba, suspected of carrying out the 2008 Mumbai carnage.
