Stung by allegations of a multi-million dollar illegal mining scam, Karnataka chief minister, B.S. Yeddyurappa on Wednesday, invoked the gods at the famous Hindu temple of Tirumala to pray for 'strength'.According to media reports, Yeddyurappa visited the temple in the Tirumala town of Andhra Pradesh, hours before the scheduled submission of a report on illegal mining by the state lokayukta. Putting up a brave front, Yeddyurappa, urged mediapersons to not be judgmental and said he would study the report and take appropriate action. Karnataka's Lokayukta, N Santosh Hegde, today submitted his report on illegal mining, running over 4,000 pages, to Karnataka Chief Secretary S V Ranganath.
