India can achieve more than nine percent economic growth during the 12th Five-Year plan period if all the stakeholders work together with commitment and dedication, said Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday. Analysts have warned lack of structural reforms are holding back the country's economic growth and could weigh down future expansion. The Finance minister hoped the investment in the critical infrastructure sector could be around Dollar One trillion in the 12th Five-Year plan, majority of which would be funded by private sector.
