Sunil Ranade, a 49-year-old resident of Indore, has a yen for creating beautiful artifacts from bamboo. A schoolteacher by profession, he took to the craft eight years ago while watching some artisans at work. Since then, he has been on a creative crusade to popularise bamboo handicraft amongst the masses.
