Infrastructure development continues to be the top agenda for voters in the poll-bound Uttar Pradesh. Crumbling roads are the main concern for residents in Varanasi, which attracts millions of tourists and Hindu pilgrims every year. In addition to the poor road conditions, locals say the government has not done enough to control pollution in and around River Ganges. Polls in UP will continue till March 03. Uttar Pradesh's 80 members to the 543 elected parliamentary seats in New Delhi, make the election politically very important.
