Kashmir problem can't be resolved neglecting migrant issue: Interlocutors

Journalist Dileep Padgaonkar, who is heading the team of interlocutors appointed by the central government, on Tuesday, said that the problem of Kashmir could never be resolved by isolating the issues concerning the migrants. He said this while interacting with the media persons after visiting a couple of resettlement colonies set up for refugees, displaced from their homes in the valley region of the state at Jammu.
