London Olympic 2012: Fans in awe of closing ceremony

Thousands of fans left the Olympic stadium for the last time as the "feel-good factor" left by a successful games continued to cheer up sports fans. The closing ceremony celebrated the Games and British music with impressive firework display lighting up the night sky in east London. Fan John Burley said it was a turn of fortunes for the capital city following last summer's riots.
