Modi campaigns in Jammu, says BJP will transform the state in five years

Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, urged voters to vote for the BJP to ensure development in the state. He assured the masses gathered that if his party was given a chance, he will transform the state in 5 years.Modi said that he would send adequate funds for the state and would keep a track on whether it is being utilized in a proper way or not. Attacking the Congress and NC alliance, he said that in the past 30 years, funds have not reached the intended beneficiaries due to corruption.
