Naveen Patnaik condoles gangrape victim’s death

Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik expressed his condolences on the death of the 23 year old Delhi gangrape victim. He said that while everyone is grief-stricken by her tragic death, the incident should serve as a reminder that we need effective laws to deal with the heinous crime.
