Pak's attitude on terror hinders peace talks: Manmohan

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while speaking to media persons after the G20 summit at Pittsburgh on Friday said that New Delhi wishes to normalise its relations with Islamabad but Pakistan's attitude on the use of terror as an instrument of state policy has been acting as an obstruction. He expressed hopes that Pakistan takes action on the materials handed over to it on the Mumbai attack.
