Pakistan supporting proxy war in J&K: Army Chief Dalbir Singh

Army Chief General Dalbir Singh on Tuesday said that Pakistan is supporting a proxy war in Jammu and Kashmir with the help of terrorists, and this reflected Islamabad's desperation. The army chief further said that the number of terrorists gunned down by army and other forces have certainly increased in last year. The Army Chief added that his force has a good tier system of counter infiltration grid. "As and when we feel it needs to be further enhanced, we will definitely do that," he said.
