People in Gujrat living in constant fear: Keshubhai Patel

Former Gujarat chief minister, Keshubhai Patel has said that people of the state were living in constant fear under chief minister Narendra Modi's rule. Addressing a public function in Ahmedabad, Patel said that honest police officers were victimized in the state and were framed in false cases. Attacking Modi, Keshubhai said that the state government is misusing both money and time of the common man.
