Police bust Maoist hide out, seize huge cache of arms

In a joint operation, the police and the paramilitary personnel busted a Maoist hideout and have seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition from a non-descript village in Jharkhand on Wednesday. According to the police, the Maoist rebels fled the hideout after opening fire on the security forces. Five rifles, three guns, around 150 cartridges, one pistol, mobile phones, a walkie-talkie set and nine detonators have been recovered from the hideout.
