Powerful blast outside Delhi high court, 24 injured

A powerful blast took place this morning at the Delhi High Court at Gate no 5. According to police 24 people have been injured; some of them have reportedly been seriously burnt. The bomb was reportedly kept in a suitcase near a counter where those entering the court get passes made, that permit entry into court. Some of the injured were being treated at a dispensary in the court itself while others were rushed to nearby hospitals. Two fire tenders and police are being rushed to the site. Police have cordoned off the area.
