Pranab looks forward to a promising financial year

While inaugurating the 82nd annual session of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in New Delhi on Saturday, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee indicating for a promising financial year ahead, admitted that the last two years have been tough for the country's economy and said low growth rates seen in 2009 was a complex issue for the Finance Ministry.
