Pre-paid users can now enjoy full talk time

Starting from September 15, prepaid mobile subscribers in the country will not have to pay any processing fee for the recharge vouchers they buy. Hidden charges in these recharge coupons will be history now. The Telecom regulatory authority of India has directed operators to stop charging processing fee, which in most cases amount to 30-40 per cent of the recharge value of the coupon at present.
