Price rise has no relevance in HP polls: Vijay Bahuguna

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna has today said that the price rise shall have no relevance in the upcoming by polls on October 10 in the state, since the election results would in no way affect the prices of commodities.
