Punjab health minister’s shocker: ‘Alcohol not an intoxicant’

In a controversial remark, Punjab health minister Surjit Kumar Jyani has said that alcohol is not an intoxicant. He added that considering alcohol an 'intoxicant' is incorrect as government gives license for manufacturing liquor.
