Punjab Police seize 9618 quintals of sugar in Ludhiana

In a second joint raid, the police and District Food and Civil Supplies Controller seized 9,618 quintals of sugar with a net worth of Rupees 35 million at Chabawal village in Ludhiana in Punjab. Police said the sugar, hoarded a dealer for black-marketing, had come from a Ludhiana based mill Rubimal.
