Relief beyond the reach of cyclone-affected: Mamata

Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday said that many cyclone affected families in South 24 Parganas and North Dinjapur districts of West Bengal state were yet to receive any relief material. Without naming anybody, Banerjee blamed that relief workers were not allowed to perform their duties as the people suffered with the outbreak of diarrhoea.
