Satyam board member says working to secure funding

The new Board of the financial fraud stricken Satyam Computer Services is working on securing funding and would also consider appointing a banker for the rescue effort.Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a seminar organised by the Confederation of Indian Industries on Wednesday one of prominent members of the Satyam's board of directors said that the company has pledged some of its receivables for funding.
