Security arrangements beefed up in West Bengal

Ahead of the Durga Puja and Deepavali, security has been beefed up in Siliguri and other districts of West Bengal to avoid any untoward incident. Superintendent of Police of Siliguri Debendra Pratap Singh informed on Monday that movement of people and vehicles leaving and entering the city are being closely monitored. He also mentioned that security network has been integrated in Siliguri, Jalpaiguri and Bagdogra.
