Subramaniam Swamy moves court to make Raja prime accused in 2-G scam

Janata Party leader Subramaniam Swamy on Wednesday moved a city court to make former communications minister A Raja the prime accused in the 2G-allocation scam. "I have filed a private criminal complaint in Tis Hazari court for making Raja the prime accused," Swamy told reporters in New Delhi. Swamy had filed a public interest litigation (PIL) in the Supreme Court seeking permission for criminal prosecution against the minister.
