Training in astrology for prisoners

Henceforth the inmates of the Central Jail at Bhopal can foresee and forecast what is in store for them as well as others! This ISO 9001-2000 certified prison has launched a three-month long astrology course for the convicts and under trials with the hopes they may eke out a living on release. The prisoners learning astrology also believe that had they known their stars' celestial position, life would have been different for them.
