UP police prepared to tackle any situation post Babri verdict

Uttar Pradesh police on Monday confirmed that it is fully prepared to tackle any probable situation arising after the much-awaited verdict in the volatile Ramjanmbhoomi-Babri Masjid case. A special workshop to familiarize the personnel in meeting the emergent situation and on modes of coordination was also conducted yesterday. The Allahabad High Court is expected to deliver its judgment next month on the title suits for the disputed site in Ayodhya where Hindu fanatics demolished the Babri Mosque on December 6, 1992.
