UP: Treatment by rickshaw puller kills child in hospital

In a shocking case of medical negligence in Uttar Pradesh, a rickshaw puller, playing the role of a ward boy in an understaffed government hospital in Balia, without medical expertise, killed a seven-month-old child by giving him an injection.
