Vaiko accuses Delhi of "running the war" in Sri Lanka

One of India's most vocal backers of Sri Lanka's Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam separatists, Vaiko, accused New Delhi of "running the war" in the island nation on Friday. V Golapalswamy, popularly known as Vaiko, told reporters in Chennai that "India cannot be pardoned for running the war.
