Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement of Rs 1.25 lakh crore package for election-bound Bihar has come in for ridicule from various Opposition parties, who have been dismissing it as "just a jumla" or poll gimmick. RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Wednesday went one step ahead and displayed his mimicry skills during a Patna rally.
