Iran women burn Hijabs, cut hair to protest moral policing, enforced dress codes

A slew of protests in Iran over the death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old woman. The woman died after being held by the Morality Police, which enforces dress codes. Iran's mandatory dress code requires women to conceal their hair & neck with a headscarf. Women protesters cut their hair & burnt hijabs to protest against the mandatory veiling. Iran's Morality Police been facing growing criticism over excessive use of force. Earlier, Morality Police banned women from wearing coats that don't cover the knees. Few months ago, Morality Police also banned tight pants, ripped jeans & bright outfits.
