Cong vs BJP over EC amid EVM ‘malfunctions’ in Phase 2

Amid voting in phase 2 of the Lok Sabha elections, Congress' Jaiveer Shergill and BJP's Swadesh Singh spar over the Election Commission. The Congress continues its attack on the poll panel, accusing it of bias, while the BJP objects to questions raised against a 'neutral institution'.
