PM Modi blames Congress after Naxal attack in Chhattisgarh

A week after BJP MLA Bhima Mandavi and four security personnel were killed in a Naxal attack in Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to them. Training his guns at the Congress party, which is in power in the state, PM Modi said that the attack was made possible due to actions of the Congress. He also referred to statements of some Congress leaders, alleging that they had labelled Maoists as 'revolutionaries'.
