PM Modi: ‘Will soldiers take EC’s permission before shooting militants?’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally at Uttar Pradesh's Kushinagar. He slammed the opposition referring to the encounter in J&K's Shopian district. “Will our jawans take EC's permission before opening fire at militants? What drama is the opposition enacting,” PM Modi said. He said it was surprising to note that the opposition parties were saying that elections were on and the security forces were opening fire at militants.
