Mojtaba's nuclear ally copies Iran’s drone war playbook? China unveils new naval drone killer system

China has unveiled a new naval anti-drone air defence system amid rising global concerns over drone warfare at sea, with Chinese state media claiming the platform successfully intercepted multiple sea-skimming drones during a major test in the Bohai Sea. According to reports, the system passed its “finalisation test,” clearing it for mass production and deployment across the PLA Navy. The exercise reportedly simulated realistic combat conditions, including stealth-style low-altitude drone attacks and electronic warfare interference. Beijing did not reveal technical details or the system’s official name, but the development highlights China’s growing focus on countering drone swarms and protecting warships in future high-intensity maritime conflicts.
