The Bhartiya Janata Party prides itself on surprising people, and it did just that when everyone was expecting Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar's son Nishant to come to Rajya Sabha in the upcoming upper house elections; it's the CM himself who will let go of power in the state after two decades. We'll know in the coming month, as Nitish Kumar is only expected to resign by the first week of April, when the swearing-in for the Rajya Sabha takes place. HT's Sunetra Choudhury breaks it down.
