Bills, fights, tears: Summary of work & wastage in Parliament's Monsoon Session

The recently concluded Monsoon Session of the Parliament saw major face-offs between the Opposition and the government. It began with allegations of spying over the Pegasus row. The Opposition's demands of a debate on the issue were spurned by the government. Then disruptions occurred over issues like the recent farm laws. In the final days of the session, the MPs' protests finally deteriorated into physical scuffles, standing on tables, and tearing and throwing of papers.
