China has put a hold on another India-U.S joint proposal at the United Nations to blacklist Lashkar-E-Taiba Chief Hafiz Saeed's son Talha. This is the second time in two days that China has shielded Pakistan sponsored terror at a global stage. Hafiz Talha Saeed is a key leader of the dreaded terrorist group Lashkar. He was declared a terrorist in April this year by the Union Home Ministry. MHA notification read that Talha has been actively involved in recruitment, fund collection, and planning and executing attacks by the LeT in India and Indian interests in Afghanistan.
