First and final show of Indian Navy's IL 38 aircraft at Kartavya Path; 44 years service to end

Indian Navy's IL 38 Aircraft to fly first and last time over Kartvya Path. The mega Kartvya Path debut and the final glimpse of 'Dear Dolphin' will be at full display on this year's Republic Day. Soviet-Era Ilyushin IL-38 is a maritime patrolling aircraft which was commissioned into the navy in 1977. The aircraft is making its way to Kartvya Path after completing 44 glorious years of service to the nation. IL 38SD aircraft of the Indian Navy was decommissioned on January 17, 2022.
