How SC lashed Allahabad High Court over Ashish Mishra's bail in Lakhimpur case

• Huge setback for Ashish Misra Teni, key accused in the Lakhimpur violence case. The Supreme Court has canceled the bail of Ashish Mishra Teni. son of MoS Home Ajay Mishra Teni, in Lakhimpur Kheri case as Supreme Court ordered the accused to surrender in a week. He is currently out on bail after Allahabad High Court granted him bail on Feb 10. The SC while lashing Allahabad HC said in its observation said that Court exceeded its jurisdiction and denied victims their right to participate in proceedings. The Apex Court also said that HC took into account several irrelevant considerations and overlooked precedents when granting bail to Ashish Misra. Watch this video to know more.
