IAF roped in as J'khand ropeway mishap turns deadly: Many still stranded mid-air

  • Deadly accident in Jharkhand's Deoghar after cable cars collided with each other on India's highest vertical ropeway. One person was killed and several sustained injuries. 40 tourists are still stuck mid-air at 2,000 feet for more than 20 hours. As per reports, a total of 18 people have been rescued so far. Two IAF choppers including Garud commandos, a team of Army, ITBP, NDRF have been pressed into rescue operation. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has assured all help and promised action against those responsible for this tragic incident. Watch this video to know more.
