India responds after Russian nationals' deaths raise eyebrows; Modi govt says 'necessary probe on'

After the death of a third Russian national recently in Odisha, India has said that all the three deaths shouldn't be linked to each other. MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said there are several foreigners who come to visit India which include Russians and that he wouldn't like to 'link all of them together.' He said the investigations are underway in all three cases and suggested no foul play. Watch the video for more.
